We reserve the right to amend, add/ delete or make changes to all of the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

1 Refund and Additional Fee

We, in our sole discretion and without having to provide a reason to you, may refuse any order to provide the Services to you.

1.1 – There are no guarantees can be made as the success of the treatment depends on the skin quality, post-treatment flow and care and exposure to different external factors and we have no control over these factors

1.2 – We are strictly not able to offer refunds if any Cosmetic tattoo procedures don’t work for you under any circumstance.

1.3 – we highly recommend you check all information that stated on our website or your health specialist carefully prior booking.

1.4 – If the information you need is not found on our website, please contact us via email or before booking your appointment.

1.5 – Additional sessions may be necessary to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly.

If you have any concern or problem regarding the service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns. If you fail to do so, then an additional charge may occur.

2 Qualification for the Services

You may not participate in our service if:

2.1 – you are under the age of majority (18 in Australia) in the place in which you are engaging and accessing the Services (including each and every jurisdiction in which you will access the Services)

2.2 – You have not or refuse to complete the Client Consent Form

2.3 – We are not bound to provide, and we will not provide, the Services to you until sub-paragraphs 2.1 & 2.2 – above have been satisfied.

2.4 – You acknowledge and agree that the information provided on the Client Consent Form accurately describes and reflects your current health to the best of your knowledge.

2.5 – If we determine that the provision of the Services to you may not be suitable given the information you have provided on your Client Consent Form, we reserve our right to refuse our Services to you.

3 Deposit

3.1 – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with us.The deposit you make will go towards your payment total on the

4 Reschedule

Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Your deposit remains in the following cases.

4.1 – when you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior your appointment.

4.2 – The number of times your appointment is rescheduled should not exceed 3 times.

4.3 – one-time allowance of last-minute reschedule will be permitted for sickness or any unexpected event.

4.4 – After that you may be asked to pay new deposit. 

4.5 – No show or choose to cancel your booking at any time or didn’t give enough time of notice you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

4.6 – No show will incur a 50% charge fee for that appointment booked. This fee will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our small business, and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.

5 Pricing and payment

5.1 – Our price list for each of our Services is listed on our PD Artistry Website.

5.2 – Acceptance is made of our Services upon payment for the quote provided by PD Artistry

5.3 – PD Artistry reserves its right to alter the Price of our Services as per condition 1.2 prior to acceptance.

5.4 – Payment can be made by payment link via online booking, or via EFTPOS machine on the premises.

6 Promotion and Gift Voucher

6.1 – No combination accepted. Only one promotion deal is valid at a time for each service.

6.2 – Any Giveaways ( eg: Free Service) or Services Promotion (discounted prices) is valid to redeem within 12 months from the date that date that we confirm with you.

6.3 – For Giveaway Winner. The prize must be used within time as advised and cannot be redeemed for cash or transfer to another person.

6.4 – Gift vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed and not valid to use for the booking fee. 

6.5 – Gift Vouchers are not refundable and redeemed for cash. Valid 12 months since purchased.
